We strongly urge you to read this statement carefully, as it sets out the basis on which we use your personal data when you buy our products online or in one of our stores or via other Sabon’s points of sale ( “Products” ), access our websites, interact with us or otherwise use our services and applications (jointly referred to as: "Services").

We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and we make it our highest priority to safeguard the confidentiality of any and all personal information you provide to us. 

 

  • This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the “Privacy Policy”) is meant to provide you with details about:

    b. The Security measures we take to ensure the respect and protection of your personal data

    c. Your individual rights in terms of right to access, correct, or delete your personal data in accordance with your local data regulation

The terms set forth below apply to both genders and any reference in the male form is for convenience only. Moreover, terms in singular form shall also apply to the plural and vice versa.

This Privacy Policy may be revised from time to time by Sabon in accordance to local legal requirements. If a critical change to the nature of the use of your personal data is involved or if the change is in any other manner relevant to you, we will make sure to provide you with the adapted update in a way that will remain visible and acknowledgeable by you in advance of the change actually taking effect.
